Mercedes Azpilicueta (AR) est une artiste visuelle, poète et performer basée à Rotterdam (Pays-Bas). Elle a terminé en 2013 un Master of Fine Arts au Dutch Art Institute en présentant une exposition au Van Abbe museum d'Eindhoven et la performance FLESH au Galata Fotoğrafhanesi d'Istanbul. Elle a déjà réalisé d'autres performances dans le monde entier : à Amsterdam, au Sénégal, ainsi qu'à la Documenta13 de Kassel, en Allemagne.
Mercedes Azpilicueta (AR) is a visual artist, poet and performer based in Rotterdam. In 2013 she graduated from her Master in Fine Arts at the Dutch Art Institute with an exhibition at the Van Abbe museum in Eindhoven, and the performance FLESH at Galata Fotoğrafhanesi in Istanbul, curated by Frédérique Bergholtz and Grant Watson. The same year she has performed her works The Well-Tempered Calculator at Het Veem Theatre in Amsterdam curated by Fleur van Muiswinkel, Back home at Lost & Found at de Waag Society in Amsterdam, and Career Change together with Ohad Ben Shimon at INexactly THIS – Kunstvlaai: Festival of Independents. In 2012 she participated at the poetry readings at Documenta13 in Kassel, she took part in the collective performance Routine curated by Ian White at the Dak´Art Biennale in Dakar and she also participated in Derailments, curated by Natasha Ginwala for the radio initiative F.I.R.E.I.N.C.A.I.R.O. at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy.
Clare Butcher (ZW) se définit comme « curatrice, écrivain et cuisinière ». Recently she conducted an MFA at the Centre for Curating the Archive, University of Cape Town, South Africa and before that, participated in the de Appel Curatorial Programme, Amsterdam, 2009.
Mathijs van Geest (NL/NO) est diplômé bachelor de la Willem de Kooning Academy de Rotterdam aux Pays-Bas et a récemment terminé un master à la National Academy of Arts and Design de Bergen, Norvège. Les travaux de van Geest sont autant de traces délicates, laissées par un certain « à-côté » du quotidien. A la fois formels mais complètement subjectifs, ses œuvres sont subtils, parfois cryptiques. Son travail a été largement exposé en Norvège, aux Pays-Bas ; van Geest a également mis sur pied et participé à de nombreux projets et expositions en France, en Scandinavie et dans la région baltique.
Mathijs van Geest (NL/NO) received his BA at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam the Netherlands and finished his MA at the National Academy of Arts and Design in Bergen, Norway in 2011. Through subtle and detailed traces in the sideline of the everyday, his works are balanced, cryptic forms in a relationship that is both formal and deeply subjective. Work of his has been widely shown in Norway, The Netherlands and he has arranged and participated in various projects and exhibitions in France, Scandinavia and the Baltic region.
Dico Kruijsse (NL) a suivi une formation bachelor à la Willem de Kooning Academy de Rotterdam, où il vit et travaille. Dans sa pratique artistique, Kruijsse sélectionne des objets et des matériaux d'apparence sans valeur, mais qui possèdent une qualité esthétique propre, intrinsèque. En les modifiant et en les associant dans ses sculptures et installations, Kruijsse offre à ces objets une nouvelle dimension: ils quittent le domaine du quotidien, du banal, pour celui de l'image ; mises en valeurs, leurs propriétés esthétiques transforment ces matériaux en art.
The work of Dico Kruijsse (NL) can be seen as a quest to find the hidden qualities of objects, material and everyday events. He communicates his vision on the world through a plurality of media. The resources that Kruijsse uses in his work are materials that not many people regard as aesthetic or important, such as sand paper, free paint samples or plaster board.
Dico Kruijsse got his BA Fine Arts from the Willem the Kooning academy Rotterdam in 2009. Tim Leyendekker (NL) is an artist exploring the boundaries of cinema as a narrative medium, working with fragmentary layers and personal obscurantism. Conceptually and formally rigorous, his acclaimed films include still (2006), Opening Night (2009) and the Healers (2011). Tim Leyendekker received his MFA from the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam.
Line Marquis (CH) vit et travaille à Lausanne. Elle est diplômée bachelor à la Haute Ecole d'Art et de Design de Genève en pôle peinture/dessin et a déjà exposé dans toute la Suisse. Elle affectionne tout particulièrement les grands dessins muraux et les gravures de petit format, auxquelles elle ajoute une touche caustique.

Lara Morais (PT) est née et vit à Lisbonne. Elle a étudié la peinture et le graphisme à l'Escola de Tecnologias Artisticas de Coimbra et à l'ETIC de Lisbonne. Entre 2003 et 2007, elle rejoint le Programme d'études indépendant de l'Ecole d'arts visuels Maumaus. En 2008, elle réalise un échange à l'Académie des arts de Malmö, en Suède. Elle a récemment obtenu un Master du Dutch Art Institute d'Arnhem, aux Pays-Bas. Son travail a déjà été montré à Vienne, Lisbonne, Nottingham, Malmö, Téhéran, Dakar, Madrid, Bilbao et Arnhem.
Dans sa pratique artistique, Lara Morais débute généralement par faire l'expérience d'un lieu, l'habiter, avant de transposer son histoire dans un autre espace, un autre contexte. Chaque spectateur de ses performances, vidéo-performances ou installations, crée sa propre version des œuvres grâce à sa subjectivité. Le travail de Lara questionne tout particulièrement la relation du corps à l'espace - espace imaginaire ou réel, le résultat du mouvement.
Lara Morais (PT) was born and works in Lisbon. She graduated in painting in 2000 at Escola de Tecnologias Artisticas de Coimbra (ARCA-ETAC); in the same year started a Graphic Design course at the ETIC in Lisbon. Between 2003 and 2007, she joined the Independent Studies program at Maumaus - School of Visual Arts. In 2008, she studied at the Malmö Art academy and later completed a Master degree at the Dutch Art Institute in Arnhem, Netherlands. She already exhibited her work and performed in Vienna, Lisbon, Nottingham, Malmö, Tehran, Dakar, Madrid, Bilbao and Arnhem.
In her artistic practice, Lara Morais generally starts by inhabiting and experiencing a space, translating and transposing its history into another space, another narrative, which is later individually experienced by the observer in video-performances, performances or installations, creating as many versions and extensions of her work. Lara is particularly interested in questioning the way one's body relates with and within a space that can sometimes be illusory, that is always produced and translated by movement.

Daphné Roulin (CH). Après avoir pratiqué la danse contemporaine de 2000 à 2005, elle entame des études en arts visuels à la Head où elle obtient un master en 2013.Son travail performatif et installatif s'articule autour des questions liées au statut de l'objet, de l'archivage de la performance et de la mise en scène. Elle a participé à diverses expositions en Suisse et en Europe.

Marija Šujica (SRB) lives and works in Amsterdam. She completed a MFA programme at the Dutch Art Institute in 2012, when she published the artist book 'Most Of The Time Not At All Always' (2012). Her work has been shown at -among others - the Hub Gallery Belgrade, Print Room Rotterdam, Extrapool Nijmegen, Kunstvlaai Amsterdam, The New York Art Book Fair and Raw Material Dakar.
Marija Šujica works with the notion of the body as a living medium that is in a constant flux of perceiving, projecting or remembering images. Her work is a conglomerate of subjective and personal questioning on the juxtaposition of social empathy and legal or social rules. Marija's current focus is on possibility and impossibility of mourning, which is described by Derrida as either away of interiorizing the image of the other, or refusing to take the other within us. By means of printed matter, performance and sometimes installation of objects, Marija gathers a participating audience and addresses them with the following question: how could an audience be described as a fictional character?
